The accomodation is amazing, great taste with decor and furnishings. High quality finishes. The location is stunning, if you don't mind a 10 min climb (in taxi) up the side of a mountain resulting in AMAZING views, sun rise and sun set. Ravi and a lovely lady (sorry can't remember her name) were great hosts. Ravi cooked us great breakfasts which were included in the price. We also had a delicious evening meal cooked for us. The place is immaculate and by far the best accommodation I have had in Sri Lanka. I would definitely reccomend, and wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kingston Court. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained, while the entire house is beautifully decorated with a lot of character. We really appreciated having access to the kitchen and dining areas, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location is perfect and very easy to navigate using PickMe or Uber. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the owner. He is an incredibly kind and genuine person who went out of his way to provide us with the best local recommendations and information. His hospitality made our visit to Kandy so much more special. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about my stay. It’s a perfect location for someone who wants to be away from the city craziness but still within a short walk to the city. The apartment has everything: incredible views, comfy bed, full kitchen and hot water in the bathroom. Gayinda the host is AMAZING. Upon arrival, she kindly offered watermelon juice which was perfect after a long train ride. She was very sweet checking in to see if things were OK and offering help without ever being intrusive. She also gave great tips for restaurant and sights in the area, some less touristy if you want to avoid the Kandy crowds. My last day I was able to try some of her and her mom’ delicious food!! I absolutely loved my stay here and would return on my next visit to Kandy. Highly recommend!!

Pri was an amazing owner! We had a dinner all 3 together, talked for few hours and he is really interesting person! Location is very nice, calm and private. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and everything that might be needed. The shower has a good water pressure (mostly in Sri Lanka it does not) and hot water. The room is spacious, pilllows and bed is comfortable, there is a mini fridge as well.

Beautiful location. It’s a great walk into town to the lake. The shower has a glass door which we are used to so we enjoyed! The place is very clean and the owners were super helpful with everything!

The room was clean, spacious. Excellent quiet location, friendly owners, beautiful garden and rich breakfast. There was even a shower cabin in the bathroom so that we didn't get the whole room wet, which is a real rarity in Sri Lanka.
