I am travelling everywhere for business. and stayed in many hotels in KSA , Dubai , India , Egypt and Malaysia But I couldn't find amazing, unique services like I found in Sheraton Makkah. Really I enjoyed every moment. Staff are so cooperative, they did upgrade for my room I booked by booking just when I told it's narrow. without any extra fees.they gave me big suit. Nothing more to tell except, this is the best experience with hotels all over the world

Just the name of sheraton is good otherwise not good value for money The only good thing about this property is the housekeeping staff abdul aleem, if i am not writing it wrong. Very hardworking soft spoken and always ready to help. I have read the comments before as well for this boy. He truly deserves every appreciation. Thanks if you are reading this.
