The location of the place is right at the heart of the city, which makes it convenient for business travel. The area nearby has lots of options for great Mexican food. The staff was extremely responsive and quick to attend to any request we made. The also gave us a very early check-in at a very affordable price. And the check in staff was polite&friendly. During our stay whenever we called housekeeping or room service they were very quick to respond. Breakfast was lovely too. We booked a suite so we had access to Sheraton lounge too and we had our breakfast there. Location was excellent too. Highly recommend this hotel
