We liked everything ! Amazing and very kind staff especially Lidia who made an upgrade for us ! Rich and delicious breakfast, cozy and spacious rooms /apartment. Would recommend it to anyone

Fantastic location and a lovely apartment in the heart of Brand. Host was helpful and friendly. The views from our room were spectacular.

A very very friendly dog hotel where you can even bring your dog with you to the dining area! For us it was extremely helpful, since our dog doesn't like to stay alone in the room while we are having breakfast/dinner. They put in our room a refrigerator and a freezer (on our request) which was extremely convenient for us.  All the staff was really nice and friendly!

It was spotlessly clean. Renovated apartment. The hosts were very welcoming. The food at the restaurant downstairs was great. Easy to get to Lunersee.

Everything. Especially staff which was very attentive and organized almost every night fun stuff for kids and families.

Clear instructions for check-in and confirming our arrival time, people waiting for us at the front desk with the keys. The location is fantastic, literally next door to the cable car. Brand is much more enjoyable to stay in than Brandnertal, the main entrance or base of the mountain. The hotel itself is phenomenal; all of the staff are very friendly, everything is thoughtful, handmade, and unique... There is nothing standard about it, there's a coffee and tea room, afternoon treats and pastries, morning smoothies, there's lots of different forms of entertainment and games. The views from every window on every side are wonderful. Everything was kept clean. Modern sauna options. Nice public lounging area, super close to everything with free parking available. Pet friendly. The apartments were equipped with everything you would need, immaculate, efficient and warm with lots of storage and separate storage options for bikes or ski storage. A genuinely good experience with people who care! The owner hand built the place with care, comfort, and attention to detail, and you can see it...

Very nice location within the ski town, covered parking place, cosy place to enjoy some days off. Friendly staff with a nice welcome gift! Close to the Main Street that allows you to go walking and get groceries, warm bread from the oven or a nice diner.

Small family owned hotel, room was very clean, breakfest buffet more than sufficient.

The village (Brand) is really nice and has a pleasant atmosphere during summer. You have to prepare well for greceosry very well as everything gets closed by 6 PM. There are good restaurants in the village. Lovely people and community. The apartment is clean and the complex has a Sauna open daily from 3 - 9 PM.

Beautiful location amidst mountains, with a small stream around making it even more pretty. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Everything was as per the expectation.
