We loved eveything about this hotel and stay. Since we were not on the skii trip, we wanted to relax ourselfs in hotel and visit Bolzano. Bus stop is really close to the hotel and nice receptionist gave us guest cards that came pretty handy by using bus for free and explained everything to us, where we should go and what to visit. This little town has everything that you need for a short trip and the view is amazing from the room. Relaxing area is wonderful, since we were in March, we did not get to see outside pool since is was close down, understandably, because of cold weather. But still amazing!

What did I like….Everything! This place was absolutely stunning! I don’t even think a 10 score is high enough for the level of quality and attention to every slightest detail. This magical place nestled in the woods along a beautiful face of the mountain is stunning and the meals…I’m speechless! Every detail and crafted breakfast buffet is beyond exceptional…it’s hard to travel across Italy staying at multiple hotels and feel disappointed after you stay at Bad Ratze because they make all other hotels look bad because these guys are top notch! Staff…fantastic!!! I will tell anyone going to Italy they can’t miss this place it’s definitely number one on the list of must stay especially while hiking through the Dolomites!

The food was extraordinary! They made accommodations for my vegan husband that were delicious. The rooms were great for families with plenty of room for the kids. The location was perfect, next to the gondola. You could rent ebikes onsite which made it easy to explore.

Everything is beautiful. We stayed in two suites one suite has one king bed and two single beds and other suite has on king bed and 3 single beds. Each suite has 3 bathrooms and sitting area and balcony with nice view to the swimming pool and garden. Also there are swimming pool, sona,SPA, herbal SPA, Steam Sona and cold. There are two delicious meals breakfast and dinner .It’s really great hotel located uphill in the mountain and very quiet and very safe. The hotel team are very welcoming, friendly, smiling and cooperative.I am strongly recommended this hotel and will come back to this hotel
