What an incredible stay. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel itself is stunning throughout. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff are genuinely the nicest I have ever met in all my travels. They went above and beyond: I had to check out very early to continue my journey, and even though it was well before breakfast service, they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. That little touch summed up the whole experience. I couldn't recommend it more highly, and I'll absolutely be back.

The location is just amazing 5 minutes walk and you are in the old town the room was clean the bed was comfortable the shower was great and we were right near the door to go downstairs to the 🏊 pool that had a sauna and steam room used both really clean and spacious just couldn’t fault this hotel it was perfect. Breakfast was really good plenty to choose from eggs fried scrambled and boiled a nice selection of cold meats and cheeses toast and fresh fruit just excellent really enjoyed our stay Maria & Shaun. England

We absolutely loved everything about staying at Isa Begov Hotel, including the friendly, helpful and courteous staff (Cooks, Cleaners, Reception and management); the perfect location for exploring Sarajevo, just across the Old Town. Breakfast was tasty and used only fresh ingredients. The room was spacious and cleaned every day; access to a Haman (old Turkish bath) included as part of the stay offers great value and relaxation.

An interesting and historic building, close to the Latin Bridge, so a great base from which to explore Sarajevo. An excellent local-style breakfast was provided. The room was very clean, with a fridge and tea making facilities. You have use of the Hamam, which we very much enjoyed- we highly recommend the Turkish Bath with massages! The staff erected very helpful.

when we arrived at the reception, we were greeted by a very kind girl, she explained everything very nicely and directed us to the room. the first entry into the room was enchanting, everything was so beautiful and warm... a real holiday idyll. the hotel has a Spa and swimming pool and two saunas... also recommendations breakfast was a real hit, it's worth taking it ... I would recommend this hotel to everyone, whether you come alone with children or a girlfriend, you will be delighted.
