Attitude of hotel personnel is impeccable. Nothing it too much to ask for. Always smiling, very attentive to guests - the ladies from Lounge represent Serbian hospitality at it's best! Location of the hotel, the lounge view, top class facilities - these create a very unique experience. Special praise goes to Metropolitan restaurant, which converts into a true gourmet place in the evening. Amazing, when you really feel as a long waited and cherished guest, while actually being on a trip in a foreign country.

I have been visiting Mona Plaza Belgrade for multiple business trips so far, and every time the hotel meets my expectations. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfect for business travelers. Cleanliness is spot on. Huge commends to the front desk staff for guest relations and hospitality. Underground parking garage is also available and is comfortable even for larger vehicles.

Hotel has perfect combination: quiet, close to historic places, staff is super kind, breakfast amazing ... everything in this hotel is done thinking on the guest.

Sooooooooo great experience. especially the A1 apartment. So good and warm room with great view outside area. Everything is just fantastic! Also all the stuffs are so nice and friendly. The breakfast is also so great and delicious. I got lots of choices and the coffee is just great as well. And is included in the room fee. Love joy 5 so much and I’m sure I’ll come back again. The staff is amazing. All services are top quality with the professional attitude and on time! The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are noise-free, room service is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. Fantastic restaurant on roof top. All my requests and needs were met immediately and my stay was easy and comfortable as I wanted it to be. I felt pampered and taken care for. My friends used the SPA and said that the massages were excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel for all my stays in Belgrade.

Everything, the customer service at the check in desk was professional, kind and courteous. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I'll be staying there again. We had the room with two beds and a sofa.

This is my second time here. Today is 12/2024, Last time was in 12/2022. Honestly it got better! Rooms are clean as always. Now I get slippers and a robe too? This place is the best. Showers are strong and hot. Windows are huge. Staff was very kind. I'm really happy to have come back. Breakfast was really well done! Location again is in the center of everything. Super safe and welcoming.

Newly built hotel. Everything is new!

The staff at the hotel was super accommodating, always happy to help. I've also used the sauna and the pool, which are available by reservation and additional cost, but are well worth it. Recommended!
