I have been visiting Mona Plaza Belgrade for multiple business trips so far, and every time the hotel meets my expectations. The rooms are modern, spacious and perfect for business travelers. We got an upgrade to the Presidential Suite at the 14th floor. It was amazing. The suite was huge, the bathroom was incredible and so was the view on both sides of the hotel. We felt really pampered. Too bad we only stayed for 1 night. Overall it was our 5th stay in this hotel and it is our favorite place in Serbia so far.

Everything was good, the room was clean, had enough place for our staffs. Nice, pleasent, helpfull staff. Excellent food, tasty and various meals. Different sauna choices, nice and very clean. Kids area is also great. Big thanks 🙂 Deffinitely worth to see it. We are very satisfied.👍

The staff is amazing. All services are top quality with the professional attitude and on time! The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are noise-free, room service is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. Fantastic restaurant on roof top. All my requests and needs were met immediately and my stay was easy and comfortable as I wanted it to be. I felt pampered and taken care for. My friends used the SPA and said that the massages were excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel for all my stays in Belgrade.

This is my second time here. Today is 12/2024, Last time was in 12/2022. Honestly it got better! Rooms are clean as always. Now I get slippers and a robe too? This place is the best. Showers are strong and hot. Windows are huge. Staff was very kind. I'm really happy to have come back. Breakfast was really well done! Location again is in the center of everything. Super safe and welcoming.

Everything, the customer service at the check in desk was professional, kind and courteous. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I'll be staying there again. We had the room with two beds and a sofa.
