The place was well appointed. Beds were very comfy and the breakfast was varied and with lots of choices.

This was our 5th time at Aqua Paradise Resort so judging only by that you can tell what our opinion is. We highly recommend you to book your vacation here. We usually stay in double superior rooms but this time we chose a two bedroom, 2 baths room which was amazing.

One of the best holiday stays I've ever had. The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is right there in front of the entrance, with sun baths available for the good price. Amazing restaurant and cocktail bar. Underground parking included for free, which was a great advantage, considering the hot summer sun. You can easily spend a week there not leaving the territory, enjoying the sea, the beach and local food. The hosts are simply unmatched. We were welcomed at the doors of the complex, they helped to park the car, explained about the facilities in the complex and the apartment, gave the advices what to visit nearby. Overall very helpful, polite and friendly, responding on WhatsApp within minutes. After the first night, we found that some facilities in the apartment were not particularly convenient for us (sofa was too small for sleeping, no microwave). So we've asked if there was a chance to switch the apartment. Not only they responded immediately to our request, but all further communication was done on the highest professional level of hospitality - "Don't worry about anything, we would find the apartments that will fit your needs, your comfort is our priority". These exact words. Ultimately, we were moved to the higher class apartment with a huge terrace and a direct sea view, which was absolutely marvelous to stay. With no extra costs. During the stay we had some minor issues - someone parked on our spot, our swimsuits fall from the balcony on the lower terrace, the hosts responded right away and resolved everything. Including finding the owners of the apartment below ours to take pick up swimsuites. Overall, we had an amazing, worries free holiday, knowing that if we would need any help or advice everything would be taken care of. If we decided to come to Burgas region again - we would certainly book the apartment here again.

The staff were amazing and always so friendly especially the service at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is lovely and has amazing views next to an old church. The location is perfect and close to the local beaches and lots of restaurants/shops. The food is fabulous, there is so much choice and it's always tasty and just as good if not better than what you can buy at local restaurants - also the breakfast is the best I've ever had in Bulgaria. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely come back again!

The hotel certainly did not disappoint us, but rather delighted us. The location: 3 minutes on foot to the beach, 10-to Nesebar Old Town. The staff: firendly and helful. The food: tasty with various options. The room: big and renovated with amazing see view.

We faced a few issues with our booking upon our arrival due to the rooms' descriptions on Booking. The manager Zvezdelina was very helpful and supportive. She is on top of her game, caring and service oriented, so our issues were resolved promptly. It is evident that she is the key person which is raising the bar for the rest of the team. The all-inclusive food is good and we had enough options to choose from. Overall very good value, yet for us it was the hotel manager who made the big difference. Thank you Zvezdelina.

The hotel is 3 minutes walking from the beach, you only have to walk on a path. The entrance in the water at the beach is low and perfect for kids.The food is very good and diverse. There is staff who cook in front of you different food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Omelettes and pancakes are delicious. There is also food for kids, 2 soups every day, and many options for the main dish. Fresh fruits every day. Cleaning in the room is done on a daily basis. Our room was spacious with an amazing see view. The staff is friendly, hard working and ready to help you anytime. The pool is very big and clean. The slides for kids are a nice atraction. There is entertainment every day: one hour for kids and then one hour for adults. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean and maintenance was done by staff every day. Food was very good and diverse. Couldn't ask more from a 4 star facility. Exchange, market, pharmacy 50m from the door.

I stayed one night only. I liked the location. very close to cacao beach and the good quality of restaurants. Not too nosy, considering inside Sunny Beach you are facing the cloud , and drunk tourists. Sauna and steam work perfectly. Gym is ok. The staff is friendly.
