Great location, 30min walk to the Old Town of Nessebar. Loved the small beach next to it. Excelent value for money.

My stay was really good, I enjoyed the facilities, it lives up to the expectations of a five star complex. The host was very helpful.

One of the best holiday stays I've ever had. The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is right there in front of the entrance, with sun baths available for the good price. Amazing restaurant and cocktail bar. Underground parking included for free, which was a great advantage, considering the hot summer sun. You can easily spend a week there not leaving the territory, enjoying the sea, the beach and local food. The hosts are simply unmatched. We were welcomed at the doors of the complex, they helped to park the car, explained about the facilities in the complex and the apartment, gave the advices what to visit nearby. Overall very helpful, polite and friendly, responding on WhatsApp within minutes. After the first night, we found that some facilities in the apartment were not particularly convenient for us (sofa was too small for sleeping, no microwave). So we've asked if there was a chance to switch the apartment. Not only they responded immediately to our request, but all further communication was done on the highest professional level of hospitality - "Don't worry about anything, we would find the apartments that will fit your needs, your comfort is our priority". These exact words. Ultimately, we were moved to the higher class apartment with a huge terrace and a direct sea view, which was absolutely marvelous to stay. With no extra costs. During the stay we had some minor issues - someone parked on our spot, our swimsuits fall from the balcony on the lower terrace, the hosts responded right away and resolved everything. Including finding the owners of the apartment below ours to take pick up swimsuites. Overall, we had an amazing, worries free holiday, knowing that if we would need any help or advice everything would be taken care of. If we decided to come to Burgas region again - we would certainly book the apartment here again.

We faced a few issues with our booking upon our arrival due to the rooms' descriptions on Booking. The manager Zvezdelina was very helpful and supportive. She is on top of her game, caring and service oriented, so our issues were resolved promptly. It is evident that she is the key person which is raising the bar for the rest of the team. The all-inclusive food is good and we had enough options to choose from. Overall very good value, yet for us it was the hotel manager who made the big difference. Thank you Zvezdelina.

I stayed one night only. I liked the location. very close to cacao beach and the good quality of restaurants. Not too nosy, considering inside Sunny Beach you are facing the cloud , and drunk tourists. Sauna and steam work perfectly. Gym is ok. The staff is friendly.

This property is absolutely perfect—so clean, well-equipped, and super cozy! Plus, it’s in a lovely area, and the free private parking is a huge bonus. Honestly, I can’t imagine a better place for the price. The owners were super responsive to all my requests, which is a huge plus. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay as family. Flat was very spacious and nicely decorated. Getting the keys was easy. Every details planned, nothing missed that you can need. Easy access, well located. We would definitely recommend. Thank you.
