Staff amazing. I got sick and went beyond and above to help out. They sent the paramedic to my room and concierge sent someone to get me food. Checking up with me constantly. Felt very safe. Food was amazing. All amazing experience

We had a great stay at the Meliá Paulista in São Paulo. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the overall facilities—including the pool, gym, and spa—added to the high-end experience. The staff were professional and helpful, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable hotel that offers a touch of luxury in a very central location—ideal for both relaxing and exploring São Paulo.

Location is great. It's clean and quiet.

I loved the customer service I received from all of the employees. On the night I checked in, I had paid reservations at another location, but the renter did not fulfill the contract agreement. So, I went to the Blue Tree Premium at the last minute, and although there were no rooms available, the gentlemen who assisted me that night went above and beyond to ensure I could sleep in a bed that night as it was already close to midnight. He was very compassionate and sincerely interested in helping, which he did. I wish I could remember his name...

Perfectly located for our needs

Beside being a good hotel in a very good location, staff is really amazing! We went to Sao Paulo to get married and needed lots of help. All front desk staff was amazing but have to mention Gabriel Pinheiro from guest relations for all the help and attention. Once again - Thank you to all Grand Mercure staff!

Location, staff, facilities, breakfast

Great facilities, great decor. Weird region of São Paulo to build a hotel in, but convenient if you need to be around those parts. Breakfast was very impressive - felt like 5star hotels in China.
