Traveling with three teen/adult children, we loved the suite with the Murphy beds. Everyone enjoyed the Espace Aqua-Détente! Robes are plush, pools are heated to perfection. We also enjoyed the saunas and the gym. The restaurant was delicious. We ate one breakfast there. We used this hotel as a midpoint from airport in Montreal and sightseeing in Quebec. We did not have a chance to hang out in Balzac Pub but it looked like a fun space.

What a hidden gem. Loved the hot tub and pool and the secret one on the roof. Incredible spot for a late night soak.
