A very new hotel, and everything looks clean and well-maintained. There aren’t many guests yet because it’s still new, so it feels almost like a private hotel! The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. You don’t need to go and ask for anything—they are constantly checking in and asking if everything is okay. The cleanliness is excellent, and the design is beautiful. The all-inclusive food includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, an ice cream cart, and snacks. The food is delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The dining hall is exceptionally clean. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by an amazing aroma of food. I’ve never been in a hotel dining room before that smelled so good.

Beautiful hotel, good location, amazing service!

Spacious rooms, delicious dining options, indoor pool and sauna were excellent for our New Year's family retreat. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The location is central, the room is very spacious, the view is marvellous, the beach is amazing. The personal at the reception was very helpful and changed our room upon our request. While dining Isodoro ' s welcome was very touching. loved the place. all in all we left with a nice feeling and would definitely come back.

Cavo Zoe was a dream! The hotel is beautiful, with gorgeous pools set across different levels and plenty of space to relax. Breakfast and dinner always offered delicious options, and even though my room wasn’t sea-center, it still had a lovely view that I enjoyed from my balcony. The location was fantastic as well. It was an easy walk to nearby shops and, along the coast, to other beaches. A wonderful stay all around! I'll be back!

I loved everything about this hotel! Very clean, and the staff were very helpful and made you feel at home! Service was impeccable! Beautiful views with a shuttle taking you down at the beach if you wished. Buffet breakfast offered many choices and every station was clean and well-stocked. Overall a fantastic experience!

We loved everything about this place. Great location close by to really nice beaches, the place was beautiful and super clean, with all the facilities we needed. Supermarkets and great restaurants within walking distance, it really was the perfect stay! Rafael is a great host and really profesional , we had initially booked another place (through another host) which ended up being really dirty and upon contacting Rafael on a Sunday evening he offered to show us his place to make sure it was clean. He was very responsive at all times with any questions we had. We are so grateful and would love to go back!

The apartment is spacious and has new air conditioners. There is fresh paint in the living room and on the veranda. Overall, it has good potential, but some areas could benefit from further renovation.

Very well equipped apartment and very clean. Perfect for us as we had a baby of 7 months old so helpful to have a washing machine and cooking facilities. Loved the pool area very nice and clean. Location is excellent right near to the beach and numerous restaurants.

Very big rooms & value for money! The hotel has an adults only pool area and a regular pool, there is a great kids club with a nice team. During the day there is a lot of activities and especially in the evening, it was so fun! Good for families. The location is great! No texi needed, 3 minutes from the beach. The breakfast is very nice and fresh. We stayed in October which was a nice time. Also, there is a small Amusement park 10 minutes walk

Excellent location and amazing hotel staff. It was my third time there and we were very satisfied with everything. We like breakfasts and dinners served outside, the dinners were with the different themes daily. The sea is amazing just opposite the hotel , the room was clean and the sea view was fantastic. Do recommend this hotel.

This is a great place if you want to explore the lovely beaches of Protaras. The beach is directly in front of the hotel so you are at the beach and boardwalk in an instant. The main shopping strip is a 1-2 min walk on the other side. If you want to be in the heart of it all this is the place. Facilities and staff lovely. And the buffet food was better then expected. Delicious.

An unforgettable stay — I’ll be coming back! I had an amazing stay at the hotel — everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Alesya at the reception was so welcoming, and Anita gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had — the whole spa experience was perfect: the vibe, the temperature, the music, and the lovely team. One highlight was the beach bar — I went to grab an ice cream to go and ended up staying because I heard Myrtou singing (I hadn’t heard of her before), and her voice was just next level. I sat down to enjoy, and the staff brought me a glass of water on the house — then even another when I finished the first. Truly the sweetest people. They also stored my luggage safely before check-in and after check-out, and I was allowed to use all hotel facilities freely during that time. The breakfast buffet is to die for — so fresh and varied. Last but not least, the owner Lisa is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met. Even if I want to explore another area in Cyprus in the future, I already know I’ll be coming back to visit everyone here again. Thank you for making my stay so special.

Exceptional service! Since the hotel could not provide us twin beds that we have requested, we got an upgrade to a bigger 2 room apt free of charge! The people go the extra mile to make you enjoy the vacation. Food is on a five star level, 8 day stay, and we discovered new local delicacies daily until the very last day of our stay. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the beach of your choice in Protaras. The driver is very friendly and is always there to assist in exploring the surroundings. The rest of the staff also earned our respect and gratitude. Will visit again 100%!

Location was perfect, centrally located and on a beautiful sandy beach. The Panoramic Seaview suite was beautiful. The adult pool was secluded and peaceful.

very nice beach. Not big and not small. Around the beach a lot of fish. And it is interesting to swim with mask.
