Stayed here with my family for new years eve. The hotel is beautiful, staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and cosy. Our new years eve experience here was just perfect. Great value, better than average breakfast, comfortable bed, ergonomic room set up. Well above average sauna area with ample lounge chairs. After snowboarding all day, Finnish and Dampf saunas were super (especially since GAP pool/sauna is under construction). Terrific and friendly staff who all spoke English.
