The lobby and rooms were very clean. The restaurant offers a nice and varied selection for breakfast and dinner. There is also a bar attached to the lobby that is very popular at night. The staff was very nice - I was traveling for work and they called taxis for us in the morning, and when I realized I forgot to ask for an invoice several days later, the staff scanned the invoice and emailed me immediately after I called them for help. Really appreciate that!

Beautiful hotel in the centre of town. Very good breakfast. Runny eggs, perfectly crispy bacon. The beds were nice, not too soft. Everything was cozy and clean. Only the view from the room was less. Looking out on another roof.

The rooms had a nice modern feel. Some rooms had a view of the castle. It was a nice quiet location. If you are fit and can walk up hills then the location is nice.

This hotel in Wernigerode offers a daily breakfast buffet, free parking and a sauna area with solarium. It is located at the edge of the forest, next to the Schlosspark (castle park).

Nice and clean room. The room has a large radiator for a good heating, which was needed as it was fairly cold outside when I was staying. Comes with a very good breakfast.

Peacefully located in the health resort of Ilsenburg at the foot of the Brocken Mountain, this 5-star country-style hotel features a large spa area with pool, hot tub and sauna.
