Location is great. So is their breakfast spread. Views are amazing. Rooms are kept spotless and the team goes above and beyond.

The hotel is a total experience, the restaurants are amazing, the view the polos, the staff, very kindly and always trying to help!!! If you came to Luxor, you should come to relax and have an amazing time in an amazing place. This hotel is a total dream!!

The welcoming by the staff was refreshing after a long trip, I was friendly received and my room was immaculate and no ask was too small for the staff. They went out of their way to make it my home away from home! Pool attendance was super relaxed with staff catering for all your needs. I'll not think twice about staying again!

Excellent hotel in an unbelievable location! Felt like a really relaxing hotel with great amenities. Staff were also lovely and very helpful. The outside space will take your breath away overlooking the nile and i like that you can use the spa pool as well which is a bit quieter. Food and drink was also a reasonable price. Possibly the best hotel we stayed at Egypt.

Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and polite, food and sunset on the rooftop are absolutely amazing! Also the location of the hotel is good to walk around the street market and close to Luxor temple. We had an amazing time!

We were so satisfied with Cruise manager on board Mr. Abdul who took care our Veg food options very well all the times. Special arrangements done by team on cruise to celebrate our happiest moments

Everything starting from the hospitality

The cruise had very comfortable accommodations. The entire staff from beginning to end were super friendly, helpful, and highly hospitable staff. In this tour we had excellent tour guides. The absolute best! I would recommend to anyone coming from afar. The guides made this once in a lifetime trip unimaginable joy to our lives! We thank them! Administration of the guides were at our fingertips for any issues with quick response.

Badawy was great. A perfect host

Karim was very helpful at all times, plus very nice and polite. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The owner was very welcoming and very understanding when our bus was late and we didnt check in 1030pm. No hassles, he showed us how things worked and if we had any questions to contact him. He helped us order food the following evening and spoke with the drivers. He made us feel welcome without any hassles and created a stress free environment. Definitely worth the price and close to luxor temple and karnak for those who enjoy walking.

The host was very kind and a warm hospitality with fruits and water. The place is new and clean and very good location right next to Nile river and the terrace is beatiful to enjoy the morning coffee or a sunset. We loved everything!

Everything was exceptional ❤️❤️the staff were outstanding Mr Ashraf ,Mr mina ,Chef khalifa and all the crew were caring, helping and always smiling. The location was perfect everything around And Mr Michael in the gold and silver shop was super nice and extremely friendly and had a very nice collection of gold and silver with a reasonable prices i would recommend it ❤️ Overall it was an exceptional Trip ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good boat, it has a modern style compared to most of the others we saw around, the food is also very good, but the best part was the tours with our guide Shenouda.
