The size of the apartment is very big, also with a very big balcony with seaview. The instruction for check-in is super clear, so we didn't have any difficulties to get in. Apartment itself is better than in the photos.

Excellent staff (starting from the reception to the cleaning team) An awesome animation team, several activities were scheduled for kids and adults. Everything was clean, a daily cleaning was supplied. the beds were more than comfortable. the dishes were delicious The breakfast was completely splendid. We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted right away by Mohamed. He helped us with our luggage and was a wealth of information. He was such a pleasurable man. We had a little difficulty with our air conditioning. Mohamed helped us. Robert the maintenance gentleman came right away and fixed it for us, Along with our TV for a few English speaking channels. Robert was also very helpful and kind. The ladies in the breakfast area were also very pleasant. When we checked out Mohamed was right there to help with the luggage and wished us a safe journey. What wonderful employees this hotel has. Our room was also spotless, quiet and comfortable. Thank you to all.
