We did not stay after the initial walk through so there is nothing to say.

The whole experience from the booking right down to all the information provided about entrances and carpark usage.

Excellent location, a couple of minutes walk from Colindale station. Lovely spacious apartment with everything provided for including dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules for the washing machine. Helpful and accommodating host who responded quickly to any requests or questions I had. I would stay again.

The flat was brilliant, super comfy and very quiet, and the local co-op is 2-3 mins walk away, the bed was comfy , and the kitchen amenities were perfect. Host was very accommodating, and came to reset the central heating when temperatures were sub zero

The flat was very spacious and comfortable. It's conveniently located to public transportation, and has a great little market across the street. Larger shops are just a short bus ride away, as are tube stations. Internet speed is very fast. Nana is a wonderful host! He replied very quickly to my questions, and resolved a connectivity issue very fast. He is extremely helpful, and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Very clean , spacious , great location , very close to the underground station, good and safe environment. imminent response from Uri/Dan to any question. As we (a group of nine) were in London during the days of the heat wave, Air conditioning inside the house saved our trip.

I was with my family and we were very comfortable here also the people here was so nice also the place is very nice it had a beautiful garden also we loved that there was everything that we needed like plates , cup , etc… also there was tea, sugar ,etc… they also had things to clean the kitchen or rooms and living rooms If we come next time we will stay here. Thanks

The location is superb. The house is very comfortable and clean. The backyard is tidy. All amenities work great. The staff provided us with plenty of toiletries.

Stayed at Mason & Fifth in Westbourne and honestly, the level of service caught me off guard in the best way. I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels all over the world, but this was something else. The team genuinely goes far beyond what you’d expect, not in a forced or overly polished way, but in a way that feels real and thoughtful. A special thank you to Lilia and Monica, who made a big difference during my stay. You can tell they actually care, and that’s rare. Everything about the experience was just… easy, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. Would come back without thinking twice.

Quiet and spacious for a group.

Everything was fine, except that in the family room the wardrobe was inside the bathroom, and there was no place for luggage.
