The room was very spacious, the mattress was soooo comfy! Location-wise, it is close to the tube station and is walking distance to supermarkets.

I liked the staff and their attitude, the atmosphere, the location, the food and the overall comfort/cleanliness.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The staff were clear in their communication and very quick to respond to any questions. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable, with Smart TVs and high-end furnishings that made the space look modern and stylish.

The staff is polite and helpful. The room is clean and has everything we needed for a week in the city. Having an air conditioning system during this heatwave was definitely a plus. The location is perfect. The hotel is so silent at night we had the best night sleep.

Wonderful place! The house is super cosy, located in a nice residential neighborhood next to a park. The staff was super kind and accommodating--I warmly recommend!

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. There are nice views from the windows. Sharing the bathroom wasn’t an issue as it was always free when we wanted to use it. There are labeled fridge/freezer to leave any food or drinks in. The area was very nice with lots of restaurants and bars near by. It was a ten minute bus ride to the Houses of Parliament, London eye and Westminster Abbey. The host was really nice and gave good clear instructions and was available if we needed her although we didn’t need any assistance. We would stay here again.

The flat is amazingly clean, like REALLY SPOTLESS. It has everything for a short stay. Wi-fi works well. So do the kitchen appliances. Showers are a every welcome experience after a day of endless walking, and Luis provides you with shampoo, conditioner, and soap and good quality towels. The position is central and very well connected. There are some good restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance. A close by Tesco open till late that is always a convenient thing to have.

The whole experience plus access and proximity to the O2 arena is fantastic.

Stayed at Mason & Fifth in Westbourne and honestly, the level of service caught me off guard in the best way. I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels all over the world, but this was something else. The team genuinely goes far beyond what you’d expect, not in a forced or overly polished way, but in a way that feels real and thoughtful. A special thank you to Lilia and Monica, who made a big difference during my stay. You can tell they actually care, and that’s rare. Everything about the experience was just… easy, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. Would come back without thinking twice.
