Excellent service, amazing location, the staff went above and beyond giving service. My husband and I stayed a week there and on his birthday, we happened to mention it to the front desk, they decorated the room, gave him a cake and a handwritten note. The pools were both beautiful. Everything was top tier.

Super nice hotel. Great location, great breakfast

The Hotel and all facilities at the Hotel was very comfortable; location was so close to the beach and all the shops are very close to the hotel. The room was super clean and quite big with balcony to the main road. The interesting things, when we choose the location, read some comments about noise from outside, but were so surprised that the balcony doors isolate any noise, so we sleep well. Also, we receive some the pair of ear plugs, sleeping mask and cold bottled coffee from lovely staff with message "Have a pleasant evening". It was so cute and it really pleasant to know, that they really care about us. We have leave some chocolate and message for the staff. the staff at the swimming pool was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good! also the staff at the restaurant at lobby was so kind and helpful; especially the best Gado-Gado was so tasty, and highly recommended to try, if you want some local Indonesian food

The best hotel in Canggu! The location, comfy of the rooms, the pools (river pool was our favourite), the staff…everything was so great🤩 you will have complimentary cocktails every day! The breakfast is served at ZIN Cafe and you can choose from the menu

Very private capsule bunk beds. Good location to walk around Canggu. Enough fake-grass space by the pool to do some exercise in the morning. Pretty good coffee.

All The Receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The Location is Near Canggu Beach and Near the famous restaurants/coffee shops in Canggu.

Great beds. AC works excellently. Bunks are made of concrete and built into the wall so you really don't notice your neighbours moving in bed. Staff was super friendly.

Brand new and first large-scale resort property in Pererenan. They offered an amazing breakfast, the staff is very helpful especially Saka, and the rooms are comfortable.

The location of the villa was exceptional. 5 minutes away from everything and even the beach. The staff was great the A/C wasn’t working initially. I warned the staff and they took action right away.

The breakfast was awesome! Everyone was eager to please even when we showed up before breakfast was ready.

It was nice close to the beach hotel. They let me leave the big bag, so second half of my trip I spent backpack traveling, which save me a lot of energy. Friendly and caring people, thank you

Private pool, great food choices. Staff very helpful and friendly. Harry the driver took us to waterfall and other tourist spots, very helpful and friendly. Felt very safe and secluded. Kids loved the pool and geckos. Very efficient to fix anything.

We checked into this villa for 2 days and were very pleased. We were met by very nice staff who told us everything. The villa itself is very spacious and beautiful, the pool is clean. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and there is everything you need. Lakatsia is very good, all shops, the beach and clubs are within walking distance. When we return to Bali, we will definitely stay here. Thank you!!

It was a great stay! There are nice amenities. There’s a jacuzzi and a pool. My friend and I particularly enjoyed playing the billiards while the DJ was playing music. The rooms are clean, and they would give a bottle of water every night, and clean the room. Lastly, the staff was super friendly. You’ll pass by, and they would smile and greet you. 10/10 for customer service. I felt safe staying here.

Lovely resort in a great location. The ground staff keep the gardens immaculate, the room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The TV has English and kids channels. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Good reliable wifi. All you need for an enjoyable stay.The staff are super friendly and helpful. Very close to restos, shops and the beach is a mere 2 minute walk. The restaurant serves up delicious food and the service is great. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone. This resort would be ideal for long stays as well as short ones. Highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast was fantastic. We loved the smashed avo toast. Our room was always cleaned thoroughly, and the staff were very accommodating, even arranging an extra bed for us at the last minute. The main pool looked stunning every morning, and the location was perfect. Close to one of Canggu’s motorcycle roads (that are not big enough for cars), making it really easy to grab a bike into the town centre everyday. They provided everything we needed, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent stay. The apartment is comfortable, spotless, and in the perfect location. As soon as you step outside, you’ll find cafés, restaurants, and everything you might need within walking distance. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. A special thank you to the manager, who genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

Amazing stay at the Suite Room with Pool View! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a relaxing tropical atmosphere. Loved the pool view, comfortable bed, and complete in-room facilities. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the resort facilities were excellent. Perfect place for a peaceful and romantic getaway. Would definitely come back again!
