GermanyIt is very tranquil and beautifully designed. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. They very so nice and anticipating and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They especially went above and beyond for our two daughters. Fresh fruit, milk shakes and always smiles and waves.

The breakfast was awesome as it included interesting Belitung local cuisine!! It was great 👍🏽 to have and also pleased to see and have their local medicinal traditional drinks (Jamu) it is what the Javanese is famous for. A staff member, Jasmiati was very helpful with my queries. Her English was good & she had an excellent customer service attitude ❣️

The location is very good, close to the beach, busy center and eating areas but it's quite. Complete and varied breakfast, comfortable rooms with smooth warm water. I will return to this hotel again.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and were happy to help with all the requests we had.
We stayed in the sea view room with a balcony with a beautiful sunset view. The bed and pillow were comfy. It is a simple hotel that provides all your needs but has no luxury feel or a wow factor.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were impeccable and the distance to all the important touristy places were nearby. All the staff went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable, our expectations were absolutely exceeded. The daily buffet breakfast is worth the stay here alone!
