The breakfast was absolutely incredible! There were SO many choices it isn't even possible to taste everything. And everything was so good! The restaurants were also both excellent and the food not too spicy. The hotel was beautiful and upscale. The rooms were not huge, but very nice.

Location was excellent. easy access to all major offices and hotels.

Everything is looks good and great. Room service people amazing especially Haseena z she do great service .

Staff! It was the staff definitely. So resourceful and dedicated. I was there in hyderabad for just a night to attend a dear friend's wedding and while I watched a ton of saree draping videos, none of it helped and when I called the fornt desk for help - they didnt hesitate and sent help in the form of two angels who helped me get ready in 20 minutes and be on my way. I can't thank them enough for all they did.

This is my 2nd visit and whenever I travel to India Hyderabad this is and always will be my go to place . Staff were so nice and friendly,Cleanness .

The hotel exceeded my expectations, comfortable and takes care of the residents, and the breakfast was varied and overlooks the swimming pool, so it was a beautiful thing.also the tooproof was will decorated.and the staff were so friendly and cooperative.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Our large family group had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The building itself was immaculate, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout. A special shout-out to the front desk staff including Prachi who ensured we had a hassle free check-in, whose warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, everyone in our group regardless of age had something special to pick from elaborate buffet spread. Additionally, the restaurant staff including Sherpa went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

breakfast was great! the hotel services added to my satisfaction. from the waiter specially kevin and malik, I forgot the other names of the staff, to chef and manager, they were all great. Th securities were polite, receptionist were very accommodation, the house keeping the hotel spa staff. 20/10 rating! will definitely recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing. We loved the fresh idlis, variety of south indian dishes along with continental choices. The location was convenient close to the major shopping areas and restaurants. Kareena and her team did a great job. The room cleaning service staff ( Balaji) and salon service staff ( Pallavi) was beyond expectation. We would like to thank each one of them from the bottom of our hearts to make our stay a memorable one. We would like to visit Hyderabad again and again just to stay at Park Hyatt, banjara hills.

The staff are really polite, friendly and professional at all times. The hotel is very clean, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping was amazing and they clean your room every day and stock up on toiletries, towels, and bottled water.

Staff were outstanding. They ensured that we had a comfortable stay. Wheel chair friendliness of the place is a cherry on top!
