Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. I had a wonderful stay at Villa Mosaic in Spello! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sitting area out front to relax. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed an amazing massage during my stay. The team even arranged dinner reservations for me at Il Postiglione, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Our family stayed in the two-room suite with four beds. Everything was perfect. The hotel is in the center of this small and beautiful town. although we stayed during the Mercato Delle Gaite, we slept well and heard no noise thanks to modern double pane windows. We will come back.

Excellent location outside the centre of Assisi. Very nice and comfortable, large garden to sit when weather permits A WONDERFUL view of the valley from most or all rooms (we had 6 rooms, all with a wonderful view)
