Charming italian old style hotel with a beautiful garden and great view from the restaurant overlooking the sea. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Great pool with lush greenery all around. The location is just perfect. Near all important places and restaurants but still the room was very quiet. We loved it and will be back for sure!

The hotel Is in a great location and has beautiful facilities. The staff was outstanding, they made us feel welcomed at every point and were always kind in accommodating our various needs and changes of plans.

Very nice and clean apartment with a parking place for a car. Walking distance to the castle. Good coffee and pastry for breakfast at a local restaurant. Great for a family because it has 3 bedrooms.

The house is perfectly located, at 10 minutes by foot from the port, 10 min by foot from the Aragonese castle, and the middle of all the hustle of the city without being bothered by any noise. There is a supermarket nearby, a great restaurant (Ciro Pulpetta) and the cinema nearby always enticed us with the smell of popcorn. There are 2 parks very close, for nice walks. The house is very spacious, with a private yard and a generous terrace at the bedroom. The owner is very nice and they waited us with a chilled prosecco and a welcome basket. They were very helpful and we communicated very good.

This was a great clean hotel with breakfast, centrally located, nearby shops, restaurants, and a walk from Ischia Port. The rooms are pretty good size, the staff were all amazing making our vacation as wonderful as can be. From Ernesto the bartender, to the ladies at the front desk, to the kind, English speaking extremely helpful front desk manager, and finally to the restaurant manager who was so accommodating, gave me a tray of food to take to the room because my teenagers were sleeping and not feeling so great. Thank you for everything ❤️ we sincerely appreciate all your hard work and wonderful customer service of going above and beyond.

Ermando made our stay extra special. His hospitality and professionalism is unmatched. Hotel is in a great location and has everything we needed. We will definitely stay again. Ermando is the best!

It’s nice place with good facilities and i recommend

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and flexible with our odd-hour plans. The thermal swimming pool area was exceptional beautiful. It was well thought of with a lot of cozy corners. anyone with any preference could find a spot that works for them. The thermal water was so clean and well maintained. The staff were constantly going around and cleaning everywhere. There was a free live music entertainment in the roof top after dinner which was exceptional. The dinner was also really delicious. They provide free parking and there is 24-hour frontdesk. I mention this, because a lot of places in Italy state that they have it, but they do not. Every floor has an extra terrace equipped with sunbeds as well, that you can enjoy anytime. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Marco was great with communication and arranged transportation to and from the property. Giovanna was a god send. She really made the stay over the top. So welcoming and always making sure we were happy here. Pietro was a great guy and always checked in with us. I wish we spoke Italian, it would have been even a better experience (and the experience was exceptional and memorable despite). Great location. We used the 1 and 2 buses to see other parts of the island. Bus Stop (Ancora) is very close. Pool was inviting after a hot day exploring the Southern part of Ischia. Highly recommend.

Amazing place! It's even nicer than in the pictures! The staff is very friendly, the view is impressive and the pool is very nice! They even offer free shuttle bus rides to other places! The breakfast is taaasty! Have I said something about the view?!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was beyond attentive and so helpful in making sure we had anything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, the spa gorgeous, clean and rejuvenating. Breakfast was superb as was dinner. It was not far from the castle and downtown shops, but secluded enough to give you a private Oasis. This place was so fabulous we had to force ourselves to go site-seeing. Just book it! You will be happy that you did.

Great views, great location, funky old school family run style, friendly staff, unexpected hot spring on the premises and tasty pistachio ice cream from the lobby fridge.

The views were spectacular. We had a Room with the private whirlpool. This is more like a villa and the site photographs do not do it justice. The grounds were very well kept Staff lovely and the food surprisingly very good The shuttle was handy
