Beautiful view from our room, although it’s on a high area it’s all worth it once you get in and with a good service.

The location was perfect. There was free secure parking, so no worry about my vehicle. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a variety of choices. All staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and we got the warmest welcome from Giulia. The AC worked well and was very nice after a long day in the sun.

Great hotel with nice view and nice staff specially Othman in breakfast area but people in the reception not friendly very much and in their break someone not professional is covering their place also the manager in her office not meeting the people so it takes time to consult her if something is happened

We were very happy to stay in EALA. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Room, hotel, swimming pool area and Spa center are very very clean. Excellent breakfast. Probably the best we had. Our room was very quiet and size of the room was big enough. Bed was very comfortable as well. Had nice experience in SENSO reastaurant and we were invited to the kitchen where we could see Mr. Alfio Ghezzi and his professional team! Thanks for that. RECOMMEND this hotel to everyone who is looking for the best service!

My family and I loved all the hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool, tennis courts, and wellness center. The staff was super friendly and the location was super nice, just 10 minutes away from limone.

The place is super baby and kid friendly! Super nice and curated! Everything was beautiful! The pool, the location, the rooms. If you have kids is a perfect place to relax

We received a free upgrade to "Double Room With Balcony and Partial Lake View" and we received a modern and very nice room. The original standard room looks the same in the picture, but no balcony and smaller window. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool, but the area looks very nice; also the terrace with the view over the lake. The hotel offers a secured bicycles' storage room, being one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and many fresh fruits and vegetables.

The scenery from this hotel is truly stunning. Breakfast buffet was vast, staff very friendly. I can't find a single fault to say about this property. It is a gem in the mountains. We can't wait to go back!

Blown away by the location, tranquility and view. Surrounding towns and activities were also good.

I liked how lovely the staff were and how nice the room and breakfast was that was included in a price that was affordable. It was also in a great location, very close to the lake. Would definitely recommend.
