Superb communication! Exceptional service, and very welcoming hosts. Appreciated the flexibility for accommodating our late arrival. Excellent location, and wonderful view from the balcony. The property is beautifully designed inside and outside; the scent of blossoming lemon trees on the property were extremely attractive. There was an amazing breakfast with great variety of home made food and deserts. Marco and Francesca are vey warm, friendly and wonderful hosts. It was a great pleasure staying at there place.

Nice place, implacably clean. Spa is nice and it was included in the price - if only we could stay for more than 45 minutes. Breakfast had wide variety of choices: sweet and non-sweet.

This hotel is exceptional! What really makes the difference is its perfect location inside the trees and only 5 minutes walk away from the beach of Portonovo! The room was pretty comfortable and the breakfast had a big variety of choices including some healthy options as well. Also the people working there are just delightful, ready to help with whatever it is you need. We will definitely be back 😊

Then, the building and rooms: all new, built with quality, attention to detail, comfort, and well organized. Last but not least, the host: Valerio. A wonderful person, always kind, helpful, available, ready to help, and full of tips for eating, tours, and beaches.
