United StatesLoved this hotel! Super easy to walk to from the airport. Check in was fun with the robot dinosaurs. We had the 3 person room with projector. Excellent space. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. And! There is a delicious 24 hour diner right across the way called Joyful.
We never saw anyone. Felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

+It's nice to have direct access to the spa area including onsen. I loved the relaxing atmosphere at night and the view during the day.
+I don't smoke, but it's good that there is a smoking area for those in need, so the environment stays clean (even though the place might be too windy, but at least there is one).

We missed our flight (I know) and booked this literally last minute. It has a good gym, spa and other facilities to relax. Would recommend if you’re needing a stop over. The front reception was eye catching… .

It was a good hotel to stay at the night before our departure from the Kansai International Airport. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the station. It was very easy to get to the airport from there in the morning. The hotel guests have free access to the adjoining spa with public baths, a café and a tatami room with books. It was a nice way to relax on our final evening in Japan.

Spacious - larger than the standard room in Japan cities. Clean. Beautiful view of the bay. Relaxing. Good breakfast included. Very helpful staff even though reception desk is manned by a robot.
