One of the coolest hotel experiences I have ever had, the hot springs were incredible.

Location's great. Close to station, bus stop and main streets area but still quiet at night. I can see locals walking around there so it's not tourists-centric kinda place, which I like. The hotel's clean, nicely decorated and the room was really cozy. Public bath was fully equipped with everything so I could enjoy the hot spring there. Staffs are extremely nice and communicate in English really well that I was really impressed. 100% come back next time and rcm it to my friends

Room was bigger/nicer than expected. The staff was very nice and bed was comfortable. Laundry can take up to 2 hrs but there are 4 machines, the spa is nice - not huge but it wasnt overly crowded, it felt very nice since my feet were super tired from traveling already. Unfortunately my flight got delayed so I only got to stay 1 day instead of 2 and didn't change ahead of time.

I loved how spacious our room was. The hotel was so nice and clean. It definitely was in a good location. Quiet around the area but one/two streets over was all the shopping/food places. Loved the in house spa and facial options. We didn’t get a facial because they were booked out but massage was nice!

The property is gorgeous, beautifully decorated until the last detail, peaceful, the smell is amazing, you instantly feel a sense of calmness since crossing the lobby. Spectacular.

I fell in love with the newly renovated Spa. It was the highlight of my trip.

The best part, hands down, is the private onsen (if you choose that option). Nothing felt more relaxing after a long day of exploration than melting in the onsen; your muscles will thank you.
