The staff, amenities, food and service were excellent. It was our first visit and it exceeded our expectations! It would have been helpful to know that there was a hotel shuttle from the train station to the resort. I don’t believe that was mentioned in the information received from our booking.

Fantastic location. Beautiful property. Peaceful. Staff was exceptional with customer service. First time in Kanazawa but will come back and stay longer in the future.

Excellent service, room size and cleanliness, amenities (amazing coffee and amenities for children), options for breakfast within the hotel, shuttle bus services and the location being close to Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza (3 min walk from our hotel). The best part is that the hotel is divided into many buildings and surrounded by many trees over a very large space. So it is not crowded and we got to enjoy the natural scenery.

Offering a magnificent view of Mount Asama, Karuizawa Asama Prince Hotel features an 18-hole golf course and a spa.

Grand Prince is the quietest among all the Prince Hotels in Karuizawa. I enjoyed the quietness and relaxing atmosphere. The daily lounge facilities available to all guests from 10am to 8pm was great! The french dinner ( paid) was exquisite and reasonably priced.

Offering homely European-style rooms with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom is Hotel Longing House, a 5-minute drive from JR Karuizawa Train Station.
