Staff was extremely helpful we had problem with our car staff help to talked with rental company and the police. We would like to thank you for their help very much. The scenery was extremely beautiful and onsen was so great. We can feel the real nature. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. A lot of choices and dinner also included variety of drinks and alcohol.

Room size was excellent, although the layout was a bit inconvenient. Large closet. Location was OK and parking was free. We ate lunch in their cafe and it was good. Our room was quiet. Shower only had a small telephone spray, but it worked well. We arrived a few hours before check-in time, and they stored our luggage securely for us.
