Charming, very quiet and peaceful, really enjoyed our stay. Room was beautiful. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, great breakfast too.

I was glad to stop here. The hostess was friendly, polite, attentive to detail and very helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable. I liked big bed and big bathroom on the terrace. A little bit far from the center, but if you like tuk-tuks, or walk on foot - this is not a problem. Probably the best place for a quiet holiday in Siem Reap!

We had a five-star stay at The Heritage Courtyard during our trip to Siem Reap. The staff were amazing to deal with, always friendly, patient, and happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel restaurant was a nice place to relax, and we enjoyed the food and drinks during our stay. The team also helped us arrange tours and activities, including visits to the temples at a good price. On our departure day, they kindly helped arrange transportation to the airport, which made everything easier. The service, comfort, and attention from the staff made our stay a memorable one.

It’s clean, and the room is big. You can go to swim at the pool with nice views surrounding it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly reccomend it to anyone. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind, and they went out of their way to ensure I had an excellent experience. The hotel offers a convenient tuk‑tuk service to take you around town, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The facilities are excellent, and everything is kept beautifully clean. You can not go wrong with booking a few nights here.

A little gem of a hotel. Small hotel feels like staying with family. Amazing staff who went out of their way to make everything possible and enjoyable.

The area is peaceful, and my room is spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. I appreciate that the swimming pool is easily accessible from my room, making it convenient to reach the restaurant for food and drinks. The breakfast is also quite good.

Let me start by saying I am a seasoned 5 star traveller who isn't easily impressed. I have stayed at all the big luxury chains - Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria Collection, Park Hyatt, Raffles, Peninsula and Mandarin Oriental. Jaya House easily outshines them all. From the moment I was collected from my cruise drop off point at a nearby hotel, I was treated with effortless welcome that was so genuine it took me a little buy surprise. When the assistant manager assured me that I would be treated like family he was not lying. Staff I had never met greeted me by name everywhere I went. The property itself is an architectural and design achievement par excellence. No finish is left to chance and the whole ambiance is a sophisticated eclecticism everything that just works. The grounds have a heavy lush greenery that encases the bold black and white geometric facade in a seamless harmony. It is this "green" philosophy that extends to the hotel's no single use plastics policy as well as the eco conscious Jaya Organics skin care range that is produced locally and sold inhouse. The hotel also has its own small fleet of free tuk tuks that will happily take you anywhere you want within the city and collect you with a simple call from a local mobile phone that is provided by guest services for the duration of your stay. It is these little touches that make the biggest difference to the Jaya House experience.
