Service was impeccable. Staff were always smiling and ready to please. Room was superb and serviced to perfection. Pool was clean and staff available immediately.

The location was good. The room was exactly the same as described in the listing. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. There is luggage storage facility as well which is an added benefit. We didn't try the breakfast or inhouse restaurants. The accessibility is also good from this hotel in terms of cabs

The view from our room 2220 was amazing! Our room was spacious. We love the layout of the room. The cleaning staff are so friendly, attentive and helpful. And for shopping enthusists, this hotel is at the center of shopping.. It has a very huge pool.with 2 jacuzzi.

Perfect location, and a very nice hotel overall. Within walking distance of anything you could possibly want/need, and ended up being the ideal location to stay while attending a conference hosted in Centara Grand

Perfect place to stay in Bangkok, beautifully clean and presentable. In my opinion is the best hotel in Bangkok for the location, modern, and the river view. The breakfast is amazing it’s offered plenty of options too many tastes.

Very modern hotel close to all major transportation links. I liked the garden on the ground floor as it gave a sense of tranquility from the buzzing city life. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also very big. Everything was spotless in the room. There was a big variety of options for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there a lot and I would definitely come back next time I visit Bangkok.

We've stayed here many times. We have always had fantastic staff in the club rooms and lounge. All the staff in the hotel are absolutely amazing.

Good location, nice staff, receptionists should be trained a bit more (she suggested us to leave for the airport at 8 when our flight was at 9, good we knew better), airport shuttle was arranged and on time, even tho it’s a busy area we didn’t hear any noise at night which is important when traveling with kids
