General facilities, staff excellent in all interactions, magnificent breakfast buffet and great location

It had spacious room and all the amenities we needed. And location was great, easy access to connivence store which was on the first floor. And other places nearby. Would definitely stay here

I like inside and outside swimming pools . Piano playing at night time. Good bars.

Excellent choice to explore Jeju and to relax. Appreciate the fact that the swimming pool was open till 10pm. The deposit collection 400,000 krw was a bit strange, though. Free Mini bar in the room , refilled every day, with water and other drinks was unexpected but truly appreciated. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

The swimming pool with a view was a really nice touch

The hotel is gorgeous. Everything is clean, well designed, nicely decorated, and spacious. The staff is kind and professional. There are plenty of shops you can go to without leaving the resort. I profoundly enjoyed my whole stay there.

The location was near bus stops, restaurants, a grocery store, several convenient stores and Trail 10 on the Jeju Olle Trail. The staff was very friendly and addressed me in English when I checked in. The daily cleaning of the room is impressive. I happened to travel solo, but I was assigned a room with a double bed and a twin. The spa tub was definitely an added bonus.

I had a wonderful stay here in Jeju! The chalet was spotless, the view was beautiful, and the shower was great. Mr. Kim is incredibly kind and made sure to explain a bit about the island when I arrived. He even gave me his business card in case I needed anything during my stay, which meant a lot to me as a solo female traveler. Truly amazing hospitality — highly recommend!

Good Hotel to stay, Good Breakfast and Location

The breakfast mu was great. The atmosphere and view from the restaurant in the morning was something to remember for along time. The staff was so nice. It was great pleasure to be served with great looking people.

The room was beautiful, clean, and well kept. The facility had a laundry room (which we needed on our bike tour), a GS25, and we enjoyed the pool/sauna facilities. It is in a beautiful location. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
