Our hotel stay was exceptional, especially in terms of the warm welcome we received. We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

The host was very helpful, and clear instructions were given from the beginning. Since I chose this apartment because the event that we had to attend was at Monash University, which was only a 30-minute walk from this apartment, it made it easy to meet my 'steps goal' :D And there was a kind of food hawkers' complex nearby, which made it easy to get dinner. The apartment's complex itself was also not too big, so easy to navigate, even to order Grab food and a taxi. The location of the apartment was on the 1st floor, which was convenient. And you can walk past the swimming pool to go straight to building C, where the apartment is located. The complex was also secured - there were guards at the front gate, and they were helpful and friendly. There are two bathrooms, which made it convenient for both of us.

The owner is very kind and the house very cozy and super clean. Also the service that they give to us very the tip top. Even though they are newly open this hotel/ homestay it's feel same like stay at 5 star hotel. It's super nice and beauty. It's was so perfect.

i like everything about this stay. Everything is very convenient for me because i got my grandmother 98years old and my mother 65years old as well. They both so comfortable. Nearby supermarket and shops is very satisfying. House is clean and complete with all facilities. Love it. I would recommend to my friends and families.
