As soon as we walked in, it was a wow factor. We were taken to the 50th Floor for priority check in as we upgraded to enjoy the EQ Club and were given exceptional service. The concierge did not explain about the room as he wanted it to be a surprise and again a big wow factor. We left totally satisfied with the hotel and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the twin towers.

We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day.
