Overall great experience. I've been to KL a few times and not really interested in the tourist/city center so this was a good location for me. Plenty of shops nearby and the MRT is right there so I was able to go check out a night market just 3 stops away. The host was extremely accommodating, as I arrived quite late and he waited to let me in. Better yet, he set up the machines for a massage and took me to the hot springs the next day. I used the gym and sauna...and was impressed with the modern facilities. Next time I'll try the swimming pool!

We chose this hotel because it was close to our relatives’ houses. Nothing looks special on the outside but once you cross the threshold into the hotel, you’re greeted by the aroma of lemongrass essence & you’re transported into a totally different ambiance - evoking a warm, cozy & relaxed atmosphere. We arrived super early so could not check-in but we were welcomed into the waiting area & served hot lemongrass tea. Since we couldn’t check-in yet, we stowed our luggage at the hotel while we ate lunch at a nearby eatery serving various affordable local food. Another plus- the hotel is within walking distance to different convenience stores, restaurants & banks. We booked the family & deluxe queen room & were greatly impressed by the cleanliness, design & layout. The family room was spacious enough to accommodate some relatives who came to check out the room & who were also impressed by its size, design & layout. The staff was courteous, friendly & helpful. During our stay we dealt mostly with Simon, who was especially friendly, helpful & accommodating. Thank you, Simon!

Everything , close to Metro station around 5 minutes walk hardly . Swimming Pool was excellent.

connected to mall, metro and monorail station, gym and pool nicely done.

This location being right in one of the most beautiful malls in kuala lumpur made it so convenient. The pool was beautiful, and we were easily able to use the steam room and sauna. It did not feel extremely busy compared to other kuala lumpur vacations.
