The location of the place is secluded away from the bustling traffic where you enjoy relation. Patches of mini-forest vacant creates a countryside atmosphere, you can still hear the birds sing. In the main road there are and food and shops especially pharmacy to easily get your needs. The property is a spacious and well ventilated 70's home. The breeze could easily pass in and out of the house, innovative way of cooling. During our stay it was about to rain and was refreshing to feel the cool breeze. Being a 70's home, it gives off a nostalgic vibe of the happy past dwellers. It is advisable to book with a group of friends, the place is really big. Family reunions would befit the place. The caretaker is very accommodating and nice. The guard dogs are eager to see new visitors.

The bed was super comfortable, good size fridge, the view from the balcony at night is what I loved the most (it’s a apartment in the middle of Davao, it’s not gonna be a super crazy view of the rainforest but it was pretty for where I booked, that I completely understood.) On rainy nights it was super cute with the lit up billboard and had the curtains open, super comfy vibes. THE SECURITY WAS TOP TIER! Had a security guard at the gate, at the parking garage and someone at the front desk always greeting you. Definitely felt safe and my stuff was secure to leave my belongings while I was out on my adventures around Davao. The tankless hot water heater was amazing, had tons of appliances and cookware to cook anything. Loved the washer so I can do my own clothes, hung them out on the chairs on the balcony during the day. I did get sick towards the end of my vacation so I was lucky there was a pharmacy at the NCC Mall close by. I had also rented a motorbike and was given a parking space close by the elevator.
