It was very luxurious. Staff were all so friendly and so helpful and accommodating. We had a beautiful room , bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the breakfast was delicious

Such a unique, fun, comfortable place to stay. My children were blown away and thought it was so special. The warm welcome, plus the service and breakfast was great. I read reviews that complained about the breakfast - I don’t really understand the complaints. It was fantastic! Also the steam room was so fun. We used it multiple times.

Really beautiful and remote - exactly what we were looking for in a quiet retreat. We came during the winter so didn't avail ourselves of certain amenities like the pool. Our unit had every comfort available and areas like the kitchen were cleverly designed.

Indoor pool, sauna and steam room were terrific after a long day hiking. Food was terrific also - especially breakfast! Staff was excellent.

The welcome at reception was lovely. The room was comfortable and spacious. There was a lovely welcome note with complimentary biscuits. Tea and coffee-making facilities were a bonus. We had a lovely walk around Lousa.

Every single member of staff we met was so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Francisco in the restaurant who gave us some wonderful travel tips for our road trip through Portugal. As we were there out of season, both breakfast and dinner was a buffet - we were delighted to be able to try so many delicious options. Great location next to the Thermal Spa

Sylvia was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond to ensure we was well looked after. A super experience in a beautiful setting with lovely character. Well worth the money and we shall definitely return again soon!

The host was welcoming, and the hotel has a nice view. They offer a good breakfast, and everything was clean. The hotel also has a sauna and jacuzzi, though it was a bit crowded. The room had a clean, large bathtub and a decent size.
