For the price the room size was excellent - we were there for the plane spotting and so the combination of large room & private pool and great price with the location was exactly what we wanted.

Location was near the airport which means after long flight just 10-15 minutes drive to the resort. Splash water park was in the same location. A plenty of local restaurants and shops just 5 minutes walk. Staff were helpful and I appreciate the hospitality from them. Specially Miss Nook was very welcoming and helpful by giving us some local advice.

It was decent. The villa area has a nice environment, and the room design is quite refined.

It’s so wonderful to have met such a beautiful soul in the heart of Phuket Island. Upon check-in, we already knew that we would be in excellent hands. Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience. We stayed only for one night, but the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, everything was clean and the free airport shuttle was on time and really a great extra value

Room is clean and comfortable and toilet is clean as well. Staff is accommodating. Only one thing there is no halal food ☹️

Location 7 min from the beach, 7eleven . Many restaurants and massage shops + small markets for food and clothes and the temple 5 min walking I booked in the last day in Phuket it’s 10 min from the airport

Probably the most beautiful hotel we ve stayed at. The traditional thai inspired architecture is even more beautiful in person. Facilities are great, breakfast is really good, almost everything is made to order. We took a cooking class and it was so fun! The shallow pool is fantastic for kids, very big and next to the beach, so kids can also play in the sand. Kids club is big and well equiped as well. Really a fantastic experience, we d love to come back next year!
