Went to Ko Yao Yai to have a couple of days to just relax during our backpacking tour and we couldn’t have chosen a better resort to do that. Thiwson Beach Resort is a lovely and beautiful place. The staff is extremely nice and they got us a free bungalow update. The included breakfast is also wonderful

Yao Bada Badoo is a fantastic haven of comfort and luxury. I stayed in room D2 which was exceptionally clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. I particularly loved the wooden furniture and the wood floors. The floor to ceiling windows wrap around the room and open onto one of the 2 magnificent pools. The pool itself is designed with top quality tiles, which adds lots of visual appeal. The bathroom design was stylish and and had a luxury feel with a lot of attention to detail. I liked it. It is well located, close to bars, restaurant, convenience stores and if you rent a scooter then Laem Had beach is 7 minutes ride away. A bliss! The staff is well trained, responsive, helpful and very kind. The manager Kareen was exceptional throughout, was always available and facilitated every request from booking a motorbike or boat trip with a transfer to the pier included. It was such a pleasure returning to the hotel after a day out and also so tempting to stay at the property to enjoy its beauty. Breakfast, although not the most varied, was generous and delicious. Massages and a laundry service are available on-site. It had everything to make it one the best stays i have had in Thailand.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is amazing. Incredibly calm, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. They offer scooters for rent and also provide complimentary bicycles, which made exploring the island very easy. There’s a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kaya, just a 10-minute walk away, serving authentic Thai food. We enjoyed it so much that we had all of our meals there. As a couple looking for a peaceful place to end our trip in Thailand, we couldn’t have chosen a better spot. I had seen some reviews mentioning that breakfast was served inside the rooms, but it seems they have already changed that since during our stay, breakfast was offered in a separate area. And finally, the staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even better.

Amazing stay! The villas are beautiful, spacious, tastefully designed, and very clean. The location is excellent and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling and helpful. The managers, Film and Saii, were especially wonderful! warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely love to come back!

Loved the resort it was very peaceful and relaxing. Lots of nature and trees surrounding the villas. The room was very large and spacious. The pool was amazing so big with loads of loungers and space to relax. The breakfast was great did fresh egg station loads of variety and lovely fruits. There was a lovely little cafe and the lady did great coffees. The resort organised the transfer back to the ferry port with a fee and the driver stayed until the boat arrived to help with our luggage. Great service and value for money

Magical sea view from the beach side bangalo, jacuzzi on the terrace, good breakfast, infinity pool, so relaxed feeling. A very good Chada Cafe in 2 minutes walk (the best Panang Curry!). Staff was nice and helpful. The open air bathroom felt a bit extreme, but there was no problem with mosquitoes. Massage on the beach. Very romantic experience.

Everything about Koh Yao Yai Village was perfect. Starting off with the staff - everyone was always helpful and smiling. Breakfast selection was absolutely amazing. Inifinity pool was great for relaxing and enjoying the views. Last but not least - the Villa - which was very clean, spacious and stylish.
