We had such an amazing stay at Eco Cataratas with our family! The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for families traveling with kids. The kids area was excellent and kept our little one entertained the whole trip. The food was also amazing, especially the breakfast, there were so many delicious options and everything was fresh and well prepared. What made the experience even more special was the incredible staff , everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Undoubtedly the best hotel I ever stayed in. Not only the space is super beautiful and comfortable, but the staff makes you feel like you are right at home, carefully thinking about all the details. The breakfast is a very special moment, and it was, without a question, the best breakfast I've ever had. Also, my flight to go back home was very late in the evening and the staff let me stay at the hotel, using all the facilities (except the room of course) until the evening. I was even able to take a shower at the SPA.
