QatarWe spent four nights here over Christmas, as a family that travels a lot, this was a stay that really stood out. The staff went the extra mile and the attention to detail was unparalleled. From a little robe and slippers for our daughter. Milk and cookies every evening. One detail that I’ve never had before, was our charing cables next to the bed were neatly tied every night. The staff were all tremendous, if there was an option for a 6th star ⭐️ that would’ve been well deserved.

All of it. We went for an evening swim in the lovely warm pool, the facilities were brilliant and they dim the lights so it was really relaxing.
We stayed in one of the new rooms which was very spacious and clean. The bed was like sleeping on clouds.
Dinner was fantastic, although the bang bang cauliflower was extremely bang bang!!
And breakfast was also delicious with so much choice.

Staff : went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. After travelling for over 24hrs and landing at 6am the team were able to have our room ready which we were eternally grateful for. We also had a cancelled flight the next morning and there was no problem to book the same room again. (we were lucky enough not to be travelling in peak times for this availability)
Food : both breakfast and dinners were fabulous.
SPA : I had both facial and massage and they were bliss

Me and my partner stayed hear from Friday till Sunday as a Christmas present from me.
We was absolutely stunned by Apex hotel absolutely lovely hotel staff go above and beyond.
Spa facilities were amazing, nice sauna and steam room amazing rooms really comfortable beds.
Shower in room was spectacular.
Breakfast was beautiful a lot to choose from also a set menu to order from.
Loved our stay the location was perfect right in the middle of the centre will definitely be back :) xx

I can't believe that this place have only 3*, as theres everything you need and even more.
Good location, spacious and warm room, comfy bed, friendly and welcoming staff, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, good bar and breakfast 🥳
I mean- we have stayed in some 5* and 4* hotels before, and didnt have the same good vibes which we got in here. Def will be back. 👍

Great facilities, the addition of the Starbucks is a great option, good breakfast, enjoyed the addition of the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub.

Very relaxing. Great facilities. Nice bars. Lovely breakfast. Has everything you would expect. The gym is quite good with free and machine weights. The pool is very good. We didn't use the spa.The staff are very nice and friendly. Excellent location. Handy for the main shopping streets, public transport and the main attractions

Nice welcome at check in; we really liked the room which was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very good breakfast, relaxing with a good choice of food.

The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The outdoor jacuzzi area was great. Also loved the sauna and steam rooms. The views from the hotel to the sea were amazing. Great location, can walk along beach and the centre of North Berwick is only 10 min walk away. The wi-fi was really good for such a grand old building. The main foyer was nice and there was a really good relaxed vibe about the place. I didn't get a chance to visit the Bass Rock Bar but it looked really nice and inviting.

Location great, walking distance to everywhere
Rooms comfortable, great pillows and mattresses. Helpful and friendly concierge, breakfast good but a bit limited, very clean throughout. Nice pool and sauna area for relaxing
