ItalyThe amazing view with the ability to enjoy the fresh crisp air. I loved the layout of our room, with the closet area built in between the bathroom and mattress but has a wall for privacy. The small towns are 5-10 min drive away. The TV was a good size and had a few English programs. The spa area was an excellent experience, enjoyed the tea. At first I thought the heat in the room kept turning on itself, but then I realized our room was directly above the heated pool and saunas. Heat rises 😅

Breakfast was good but dinner was truly amazing (I booked including breakfast and dinner - advisable as there is nothing close by). There was also a lovely spa at the hotel.
The staff were wonderful ... the lady at reception that took the time and trouble to explain to me that some hiking trails went right past people's doors when I could not find my way ... the restaurant staff whose exceptional service made me feel like I was eating in a five star restaurant every night .... and the gentleman who got up at 05:00 in the rain and cold to help me get to the bus stop I needed to be at in order to continue my journey.

Lovely facilities, close to centre, breakfast great.
The real stars were the staff & owners, who did everything that they could to make us welcome.
Their affiliated restaurant had some of the best food that we have had whilst travelling.
Massage for my wife was great and €80 for an hour.
Hotel was so clean and the rooftop spa pool was a welcome retreat after hiking in 35 degrees!
We are returning next year, either in May or October...

We had a perfectly equipped, clean, fragrant and spacious apartment with a kitchen where nothing was missing, hotel breakfast with a varied and tasty selection, amazing wellness, swimming pool, outdoor hot tub with a beautiful view of the mountains, everything clean and well maintained, pizzerias, bars nearby and cable cars. And, of course, great options for high-altitude hiking in all possible directions, which was the main goal of our active vacation in the beautiful Dolomites.

A lovely traditional hotel in a very strategic location. Wonderful staff always available to help and very friendly. Do not miss the opportunity to have a chat with the owner who has a lot of knowledge of the area and can pinpoint perfect trekking options (we stayed in July). Very nice spa area with swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The garden is perfect for chilling out in the evening. Nice breakfast with a variety of options. Rooms with all the comforts and lovely terrace.

Amazing facilities and very good SPA and breakfast. For the SPA, there are a lot of different pools and saunas, relaxation areas and even some snacks. For the breakfast, very good selection of food and you can press your own juice as well (which I haven't seen anywhere before).
Hotel has a ski shop downstair which offer a good selection of free staff such backpacks and bicycles for sport activities such as hiking, which was very nice.

The hotel oozes luxury, everything is tidy, shiny and tasteful. The staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the spa is just the perfect thing to relax after a long ride, with indoor whirlpools, regular pool, outdoor pool and the saunas. Even has a kneipp pathway with aromatherapy oils sprayed in the air. Magical. The breakfast was astounding also, everything you could possibly want was an option. They also provided a garage for our motorcycle.

I love this hotel so much i came back for my 2nd visit. It's a bit like staying in a beautiful big family home. Claudia and Oskar are the most wonderful and friendly hosts, their boys and other staff could not be more lovely. My cute little single bedroom was immaculately clean. The breakfast is excellent with gluten free and vegetarian options. This year I discovered the fantastic wellness rooms with spa, sauna, steam bath etc. Location is perfect just a one minute flat walk to the bus stop.

Very clean and modern hotel at an amazing peaceful location. The rooms are spacious and in very good condition. We had a balcony facing huge mountains, it was beautiful. The receptionist is extremely kind and helpful. We had a chance to use the spa as well, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi, turkish bath and infra sauna ( finnish sauna was not working or at least we couldnt find the button to turn it on). The breakfast is very rich and delicious. I totally recommend this hotel and if we have a trip around this area again, will stay here for sure.

Beautiful and comfy stay close to Meran and Bozen. Nice and spacious suites in the main building, comfy beds and cool design. We were welcomed and supported on a daily basis by super friendly staff. Nice pool and wellness area, large sauna, great to relax.

Great location, friendly stuff and spacious rooms with great view. Also you get free ticket to Ortisei bus line and free entrance to public swimming pool. The hotel also has its own wellness zone including sauna and steam room. The breakfast was delicious.
