Niira is a new hotel so all the amenities are new. It’s very stylish, clean and a good choice of accommodation both for couples and friends traveling together. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Amil was very helpful, he arranged our tuk tuk driver, massage sessions and a complimentary cake for my birthday. Rooms are very clean and they are cleaned daily. Location is great, a walkable distance from the bars and restaurants in mirissa. Breakfast menu is very tasty. We will definitely come back to Niira!

A wonderful family owned guest house, beautiful yoga space, the best one we found in Mirissa. Lavender is clean and tidy and near the surf spots, near Coconut Hill and turtle beach as well (both best seen in the morning). We truly enjoyed our Tuk Tuk rides with Ruki. 🛺

Location is close to blue beach, it's in a lovely local area full of very friendly people. It is a 25 minute walk to hiriketiya town, so if you're looking to be close to town it's probably not for you. However almost every time I walked into town, a local charitable person gave me a lift. If you have a scooter it's no issue. Staff are lovely and friendly, they also do massage there.
