Service excellence especially from the Concierge desk. Rocky was especially helpful in helping me connect with his colleague at the Mulu Marriott and Miller was so helpful in addressing my shock that our flight to Mulu was cancelled. We also booked a tour through the desk and were bery pleased.

Great selection for breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Beautiful property. They even provide a lounge area if you need a place to relax when waiting to check in or needing to leave later after checking out.

Homestay KNK provides air-conditioned rooms in Tawau. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge.

Had everything we needed. Very comfy beds and pillows, nice table and chairs and shelves are always nice. Had small amount of kitchen stuff too but there’s an awesome night market literally across the street. I would love to come back here for longer.
