The property is located near Alona beach so it is not in a crowded area, so for me, it is an advantage. They have restaurant which cooks fast. The foods they served are well-prepared and good to taste and the price is just right ( the price is cheaper compared to Alona beach restaurants). There is a free transport service to and from Alona beach and is always available anytime. The rooms are well- maintained in terms of cleanliness.

The hotel has a brilliant layout, which is why it's never crowded and gives you a feeling of privacy and leisure luxury even when it's fully booked during the holiday season. The staff reacts to your requests immediately and in a very friendly manner. We booked all our activities with our concierge Jack who was extremely helpful. The territory is beautiful, including the beach, and the food is superb. The massage and SPA corner were a whole separate delight.

Swimming pool sitting area is.relaxing. The garden is very nice and amazing area just need to have more seats to sit and relax the quietness. I like the ideas of bathtub in the balcony!!

Exceptionally spacious with a brand-new, updated interior. Please take care to avoid damage, stains, or breakages, as penalties are enforced. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place. Rooms are very spacious with native touches to the decor. The lobby is welcoming and the pool area is beautiful with a stunning view of the white sand beach. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Water activities and massages at the spa were available.

The place is wonderful, the villa, its bedroom and bathroom were spacious and top notch from the point of comfort and luxury and the private pool was very lovely. The staff were friendly and sociable, our stay was made even more pleasant by their presence. The Mangrove walk and bar and sunset are beautiful.

This resort is perfect for families. Their premier room has enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Breakfast is good. There are enough choices even for kids.
There's also billiards and small play area for the kids.
I like it also that the hotel is not so crowded. Its not hard to find a table during breakfast time and there's always sun lounger in the pool area. :)
Location of the resort is also good since it is away from the noisy part of alona beach.
All the staff are super friendly especially kuya lifeguard in pool area.

The hotel is not bad, but the beach is dirty. They don't clean the rooms themselves, you have to remind them every time. The shower is bad and difficult to wash. Breakfast is not very good. If you live on the second floor, then from 6 in the morning chairs will be moved above your head, there will be a constant creaking overhead.
But it’s hard to find a better hotel in the Philippines. good location, not too crowded, ideal for relaxation

The facilities were great! We loved the pool. Perfect for relaxing after traveling so much. The room was also very nice. Way better than what we expected from the pictures. I really enjoyed the hot shower. We also enjoyed the breakfast options in the restaurant. In terms of location it was very good. We rented an scoter and we were 7 minutes from Dumaluan beach and 10 from Alona beach. They also booked our tour for a very good price. We recommend it for sure.

The resort has a nice location and is designed in a very pleasent way. Although its big, it is very spacious and you do not have the feeling that it is crowded. The room was nice, comfortable and calm. We very appreciated the breakfast buffet, it offered a very wide selection of meals, beverages, sweet pastry and exotic fruits. The personnel was very kind and friendly.

I was staying at another location that was very noisy with traffic and music. Moved to GreenSpace for peace and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all wonderful. They only serve breakfast but it was very good and you can order food delivered.

Staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Service is impeccable. Food is great. There are a lot of options at breakfast buffet. They also have a wide selection at the 2 restaurants. Nice touch is the turn down service at night with free snacks. I like how the trash bins are lined with newspapers they carefully made into a bag instead of using plastic bags.
