Most of the tour companies picked us up at the hotel, and for the ones in Funchal it's only 30 minutes on the bus with the stop right next to the hotel

United StatesGreat Hotel, very clean staff very helpful and friendly! Really loved the breakfast included, I would say this was the best part. Many breakfast options, nice patio for outdoor seating. Staff offered excursions which I thought was an exceptional bonus. My room included a balcony with a nice view of sunrise. Very close to shops and mall, walkable distance which was another plus. I would recommend 10/10

The aesthetic of the hotel is very hippy and peaceful. The view from our balcony was amazing and you can see the same view from anywhere around the hotel! The infinity pool was gorgeous, clean, and really refreshing. We loved having a jacuzzi and a sauna to use! The breakfast everyday was lovely with plenty of options to choose from and the room was spacious with a big bed, nice and clean and a lovely balcony too.

Great location on the south of the island. Restaurants and supermarket within 5 - 10mins walking distance. Onsite, the hotel has excellent facilities(include spa/wellness), very helpful and friendly staff. Exceptional choice/variety for breakfast and the food in the restaurants is very tasty. Ocean view is amazing - great location to chill/relax and escape the rat race. Thank you - John and Fiona.

We had the Ocean Studio with an amazing view. Very spacious room, good equipped. Perfect pool area with entrance to the sea. The food at the pool restaurant is really good, very good quality. Roof top bar with a small pool is also nice to visit once at least because of the great view. The stuff at the reception was awesome. The price for a parking space is €10.- per day which is absolutely fair. The spa is excellent, when you book a massage, ask for Maria (She is awesome). We will be back for sure but than we will book without breakfast.

Everything. Fabulous place. Spotless clean. Fantastic facilities on sight. And we had a sea view apartment that did not disappoint. Quiet location for the perfect relaxing holiday. Fantastic massage . Spa was also excellent.

Thanks to a free upgrade we had a luxury, spacious superior suite on the highest floor for a week with stunning ocean view from the terrace and even from the bed. The hotel is perfectly designed, stylishly furnished, super clean. The staff is nice. The breakfast is excellent. It's easy to find parking place. Dear Management, thank you for this unforgottable upgrade.

Fantastic pools to swim, outdoor and indoor, also spa, jacuzzis, sauna, steam. Very good location, relatively close to city center. Very quiet, no road traffic noise - this is very rare in Funchal! Nice restaurants with various food options. VEry friendly reception and staff - they allowed us to stay in the pool and spa even after checkout, on the last day! Beautiful garden, plans, palm trees, and grass - nice sunbeds around the two pools. Very relaxing place. Strongly recommended!

The room was great and Christina upgraded us to a suite, which gave us so much more space and a very large balcony. It was very pleasant to sit there in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine. Breakfast had endless selections for every kind of food (hot, cold, beverages, etc.). The indoor pool was awesome and the hot tub was a great plus. The only negative was the fact that there is no outdoor hot tub and the outdoor pool is way too cold. The attached free parking garage is a nice feature to have.

Cute comfy rooms, great facilities: the restaurant is good, the spa is great, with a hot tub, heated pool in free access and sauna, steam baths upon booking at no extra cost. The rooftop seemed great, unfortunately it rained for my whole stay. Great location near Porto Moniz pools and good view from the room. Plenty of free parking around.
