Great location to city and airport

They were very nice and accommodating

The motel was super for the distance between the airport and city of Perth. There was a shuttle bus we could use. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the food excellent.

Location very central, close to all the city as to offer. Clean, modern and comfortable also a friendly stuff too. Will be back.

Worked well to have 2 bedrooms.

Kings Park was the perfect location for us. Near the CBD, Kings Park, Subiaco, and all the places we wanted to visit. Having the small fridge, microwave, dishes, kettle, coffee sticks and fresh milk (waiting in the fridge) was wonderful! We were able to have a quiet breakfast in our room each morning before going out to conquer the day!

The rooms were spotless & had everything that I needed! I interacted with many different staff members during my 5 night stay and they were all extremely helpful! The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the train from the airport and within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, drug stores, etc. It's also an easy spot for the various tour companies to pick you up. The outside and common areas are a little dated but NOT the rooms. The rates are very reasonable. I was very comfortable and had everything that I needed! I'd happily stay there again!

The bathrooms were shared and I expected a disaster but it was almost great and clean. the kitchen had plenty of equipments that was really good and I could do anything I wanted. even the personal things were available. the environment was so friendly and all the guests knew each other which was really interesting for me.

The building and the interior fit out the staff was outstanding top notch.

Very convenient location for what we needed

My stay at City Waters Motel last weekend was truly delightful. From the moment I walked into my room, I was struck by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and a spotless bathroom. The attention to detail in housekeeping was much appreciated. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions I had, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I’m already looking forward to returning. The combination of a comfortable and clean room with amazing views is hard to resist!

Great location, loved the upgrade on the room, staff were very helpful when we needed a taxi. Had the option to have our room serviced daily. Loved the new paint job! Warm, friendly staff. Very affordable and met all our needs, also has a great park right across the street.

In East Perth, close to the city centre and everything else. There's a CAT bus stop downstairs, free bus, convenient. Room is clean.
