It was the closest and comfortable from the international airport. Plus the room per night is quite cheap.

The hotel is very clean, close to a very beautiful Metro station and a good looking park. It is a classic looking hotel, located in the historical Center of Sao Paulo. The staff was very friendly, and had all the accomodations we needed. For the price is a very good deal, it's not luxurious but it's very comfortable, great for the price. Breakfast is free and buffet-style, and the food is good and abundant. The hotel also has lunch and dinner options, but it's not free. Also not expensive. The staff it's very friendly. They let us store our baggage after checkout, while we waited for our flight. Definitely in our list when we came back.

The breakfast is excellent, a typical Brazilian breakfast. I arrived 40 min before check in but was able to check in right away no problem.

Location is excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was amazing. Very clean. The bar is 24h and has good options. Staff is courteous. Very safe.

It was a very nice unacceptable property. I liked that. It had exactly what we needed. And no frills. 

Very cute hotel in an excellent, strategic location! The breakfast is amazing and the cloud-themed rooms are very lovely and comfortable! The location is great, specially if you're using the metro and bus stations. I just wish they had a transfer from/to the international airport. The Chef of this hotel should be celebrated for cooking so many delicious things: this Chef can make even martial artists fatter! 😹😹😹 The security staff is very friendly too! 😸 We're certainly staying at this hotel again whenever we need to do business or for Kung Fu events in São Paulo in the future! 😸

Location was great with nearby restaurants and bars in the Brooklin area. Breakfast was good with many bread options, sweets, and deli meats.

I received all the info about check in and check out direct from the property and it was very easy to create the Fingerprint Main Entrance and the Room Code Entrance, receptonist was very nice person. The view was nice and the balcony with table and chairs I also used a lot. Interent wifi was working well. The bed was strong, it didn't fall apart LOL BIG SMILE!

The room was pristine, very comfortable, bigger than the regular hotel room. Great location. The staff was professional, kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Great location and great hospitality

Hotel was clean. The maids do a good job cleaning the rooms daily. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of foods. Sink/shower works great, air conditioner worked great. Room was pretty spacious and comfortable. Very nice hotel for a great price in the city center.

A screw up put us in the wrong apartment for the first night. We got the correct unit the 2nd night. It's just a pain to have to unpack, repack and unpack again.
