Good location just north of downtown off of Douglas st, our room included a water kettle, fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery etc. Didn't need the extra things but be great for next time.

The owner was so kind and helpful. The gentleman helped our trip perfectly. Almost of all rooms ware large enough. A cat was very cute. Best location to go to anywhere at southern parts of Victoria.
